About TruWhos

TruWhos is a Discord-focused trust and reputation service. Users search by exact Discord User ID to view a profile, community ratings and moderator-published history.

How it works

Profiles are created or refreshed when an exact Discord User ID is searched. Ratings are weighted to reduce the influence of very new accounts, and a neutral prior prevents a small number of votes from immediately producing extreme scores.

Reports are not public findings

Submitted reports remain private while moderators review them. A substantiated report still does not become public history automatically; a moderator must separately write and publish a factual history entry.

Appeals and privacy

Signed-in users can appeal substantiated report decisions and active opt-out restrictions affecting their own profile. A self-service data download is available in Settings, alongside privacy request tools for correction, deletion and objections.
